The
April 1 event will focus on Medical Robotics, with a presentation by
Dr. Mohan Bodduluri, Co-founder and Vice President, Research and
Development for Restoration Robotics, Inc. located in Mountain
View.
Dr. Bodduluri will speak on “The role of Medical Robotics in the
treatment of cancer to hair transplantation.”
Prior to
Restoration Robotics, Dr. Bodduluri was the Vice President,
Research and Development at Accuray Incorporated where he helped
develop CyberKnife from its early stages to commercialization.
CyberKnife is used to treat cancerous tumors and other
malformations anywhere in the body by delivering surgical doses
of radiation using image guided robotics.
