Quan has over 20 years of experience negotiating and purchasing services, COTS and custom items from a broad spectrum of suppliers. At Triple Ring, she negotiates, places orders, tracks, and places into controlled inventory items worth millions of dollars each year. To support fast-moving technologies, Quan manages quick turn and custom parts. Quan is fluent in English, Chinese and Vietnamese
