She is adept at bridging the business, regulatory, clinical, and technical realms, streamlining development from early stage to commercial release. Laura fosters a culture of continuous learning; instilling passion and purpose in her globally dispersed, high-performing teams and closely partners with top hospitals, clinicians, and technology for effective insight translation to optimized, integrated products delivering genuine clinical value.
In her most recent role as Sr. Strategy at Jabil Healthcare, a global contract manufacturing leader, Laura orchestrated strategic planning, execution, and IP protection for a HITRUST CSF Validated & Certified Digital Health SaaS platform. Her achievements include introducing a valuable, high-margin business capability and delivering multiple patient-centric RPM / RTM solutions for pharma, diagnostics, and precision health.
Holding a BFA in ID | HF & Business Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Laura actively contributes to volunteer initiatives, demonstrating a robust commitment to industry advancement, patient-centric healthcare, and medical technology education.
