Lee McGrath

Lee McGrath brings more than twenty years of financial leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer, having served as CFO and SVP of Finance for both publicly traded and privately held software and technology companies domestically and internationally.

Prior to his current role, Lee spent five years as SVP of Finance at Resolve, a privately held, PE-backed software company that develops IT automation solutions. There, he played a key role in the acquisition and integration of a competitor and led the restructuring of the company’s cost structure to achieve a positive EBITDA. Before Resolve, he served for seven years as CFO of DNN Corp, a venture-backed company that developed and marketed a content management system. At DNN Corp, he was instrumental in the sale of the company to a private equity firm, overseeing all aspects of the transaction. Earlier in his career, during a five-year tenure as CFO of the publicly traded Versant Corporation, Lee oversaw four acquisitions—including a public company requiring an S4 registration process—and one divestiture. He also successfully guided the company’s transition from NASDAQ’s Global Market to the Capital Market.

Lee holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and is a Chartered Certified Accountant.
