Ellen has close to twenty years’ experience in Radiation Oncology, Cardiology, and Hospital Sales. She has worked for several early-stage start-ups and has experience with development and positioning new products in the marketplace. Ellen has produced double digit increases in growth in all her previous roles. Her ability to connect business and technology has created opportunities to build lasting relationships. She thrives on working in innovation and technology driven sciences. Previously Ellen held positions at Terason, Cardiac Imaging, Xoft, Sensus Healthcare and Vantage Oncology.

Ryan was trained in genetics and cell biology at the University of California at Davis. Since 1988 he has worked in several biotechnology companies and as an independent biotech consultant focused on adding value to early stage therapeutic and technology efforts. Early in his career Ryan worked in teams that applied cutting edge genetic engineering technologies to advance the development of gene therapy and cellular therapeutics. In 2002 Ryan transitioned to research and product development for biopharmaceutical instrumentation, where he held customer-facing positions related to the introduction of novel technologies. In this role, Ryan grew to be a recognized expert in label-free biosensors, presented at numerous international scientific conferences, and was invited to chair several scientific symposia. Ryan is co-inventor of five US patents, has published multiple scientific communications, developed many applications for the drug discovery market, and lead collaborations worldwide with well-known pharmaceutical research teams from companies like Merck, Amgen, J&J, Novartis and AstraZeneca.

Nancy Schoenbrunner is the Co-Founder and CEO of AmplifiDx Inc., a next generation molecular point of care platform. The company was founded during the COVID pandemic and is using the need for rapid, accurate testing & the non-dilutive funding and support of the fast-paced NIH RADx program. She has more than 20 years of experience with proven track record as an executive in the medical device and diagnostic field. She is adept at planning and directing the organization’s technology commercialization and innovation strategy, R&D & IP portfolio. Nancy also has a range of experience in creating value by managing cross-functional global teams, managing external development partners, forming strategic alliances, and driving product innovation. She has executed multiple successful commercialization projects from concept to market resulting in multiple first in class diagnostic product approvals. Nancy received a Ph.D. in Biophysics and is an inventor on 29 issued and pending patent families.

Kelly currently leads the Global Commercial Operations team comprised of Business Development, Business Management, Project Management, Proposals, and Technical Program Design across the following CDMO businesses: Viral Vector Services, mRNA, Microbial Manufacturing Services, and Cell Therapy. Previous to this role, Kelly spent the last 15+ years as part of the Genetic Sciences Leadership team driving business in the pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, clinical, government and public health sectors and in 2020/2021 was part of the team who drove the Thermo Fisher Scientific COVID response.

Dr. Christina Drake is the founder and CEO of Kismet Technologies. She earned her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Drake began her career at Lockheed Martin where she co-founded and co-chaired the Nano-Bio Working group. After leaving Lockheed Martin, Dr. Drake served as faculty president and trustee, as well as the first coordinator of the inaugural Mechanical Engineering program, at Florida Polytechnic University. As the CEO of Kismet Technologies, she and her team are developing NanoRAD, a fast-acting continuous disinfecting coating that provides safe, non-stop virus and bacteria protection for weeks to months on surfaces. Kismet Technologies has been recognized for its work with NanoRAD as 2022 Cade Museum Fibonacci Semi-Finalists, 2022 FIME Innov8 Talk Winner, 2021 Tech Connect National Innovation Award, and as a Finalist and silver winner in the Mass Challenge 2021 Competition.
