Partha Deb brings over a decade of systems engineering experience in medical device development to Triple Ring Technologies. His background spans established med-tech companies, such as Philips Medical and Abbott Heart Failure, as well as startups like XII Medical.
Partha’s work includes the development of active implantable and non-implantable Class I–III devices for mechanical circulatory heart failure therapies, MEMS-based cardiac diagnostics, RF-powered neurostimulation for sleep apnea, and CT/nuclear medical imaging. His core expertise encompasses user needs analysis, product architecture, requirements development, risk management, system integration, design verification and validation, project management, and regulatory compliance. He is also highly versed in quality management systems, design controls, and product traceability. He has presented his research at multiple conferences and published his work in peer-reviewed journals covering biomaterials, tissue engineering, and drug delivery.
Partha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
